This month we're pulling back the curtain on a special remodel our team is working on out in the desert. We were hired by the clients to help renovate and furnish their 3 bed, 2 bath home that will act as their second (vacation) home & potentially, an airbnb! The vibes of this project? Mid century modern and old Hollywood (pure magic if you ask us). Our team has had so much fun designing this project incorporating lots of color, and designing in unique elements that we haven't ever before.

Hard to pick a favorite design element we designed in, but if I HAD TO, I'd say it is the plaster fireplace + multi colored hearth/bench moment. But also, the green kitchen + 1x1 straight stack tile on the backsplash and hood is also so dang good. Anyway, ARE YOU INVESTED YET? :)
Here's the home the day we were hired. Pre demo. Beautiful bones.. the tile floors stayed, and the white wood ceilings stayed too. Shortly after these photos were taken, the mirrors surrounding the fireplace were demo'd, and both bathrooms completely gutted. Kitchen was demo'd completely with the exception of the cabinet boxes - which we're reusing (painting them and refacing them with new cabinet fronts). Demo pics can be found if you scroll down :)

Very soon, all of the tile we ordered for the project will be on site and the contractor will start tiling. My designers are going out to site next week to select grout, take inventory, drop off the bathroom mirrors, and do a dry lay of the primary bath tile which is a random multi colored pattern. STAY TUNED GUYS! We're real close to the finish line on this one. It's going to be so good!!!
