#InTheWorks [January Edition]: Our Old City Creek Cabin Project
For this months #InTheWorks Feature, we're diving into the modern mountain retreat we're designing out in Lake Arrowhead, CA.
Alright here's the scoop. This is one home that is being split by the developer into 2 units to ultimately, renovate and rent out via Airbnb. The first unit is on the lower level, and it's a kitchen, 1 bed + 1 bath. The upper (bigger) unit has a full kitchen + walk in pantry, 5 beds and 3 baths. It's a gut renovation so we've redesigned the entire interior.
Design direction for the project is a thoughtful blend of modern and rustic elements with a touch of old world charm. Sharing some of the design plans, CAD elevations, and 3d renderings to give you an idea of what's to come, below! This project is set to wrap up sometime in the spring / early summer - and we will have been working on it for over a year at that point! Our team can't wait to see these designs come to life.
3d renderings of the 2 kitchens!
Here are a few of the design slides to give you a feel for the aesthetic we're designing in:

Stay tuned for more updates on this project, we'll be sharing more on socials as construction progresses!
