Hi! July july july. How's yours going?? Here is the scoop on what KHI is up to. First of all, you better believe we are still swooning from our trip to Denver last month where we got to style and shoot our beloved Denver Build. It was such a meaningful trip because we got to see it completed for the first time after pouring ourselves into this project for two years!!! Styling it and shooting it was a memory we'll forever hold dear. Including a few of the insanely beautiful images taken by our talented photographer Hugo Landa Garcia, below!!!
What else are we up to?! Finalizing designs and material selections for our Palm Springs project, where we're renovating 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and fireplace for our clients. Be on the lookout on our socials for updates on this one - it's a special one that's a blend of old Hollywood + mid century modern.
We're also gearing up for a few exciting design presentations at the KHI Studio. Our Manhattan Beach Build and our Lake Street Build are both at the final stages of Phase I where we get to present designs, CAD and renderings with physical samples to our clients to get sign off before Phase II which is prepping to order materials. We can't wait to share more behind the scenes with you as we prepare!
We're also planning a mini install at our Park Royal project this month (at the end of this week!) which if you've followed along with that on our socials, is a stunning transformation (partial remodel we did in Huntington Beach). Can't wait to get most of the furnishings delivered + styling / accessories installed for our clients wahooooo.
Also in the mix: planning a few upcoming trips. Our team will be going to Las Vegas Market at the beginning of August, so I'm in full planning mode for that, and also in the planning pipeline - a photoshoot up in Portland at our Lake Oswego Project (in September!). Lake Oswego is a full home renovation + furnishing job that we completed earlier this year (and can't wait to shoot and share with you).
Oh! And last but not least, we've got an exciting update on the KHI Design Studio. We finally got our client presentation table + chairs delivered, and our appliances from Cafe for the kitchenette too!!!! Left on the to do list: cabinetry + countertops + checkered tile backsplash AND THEN OUR DARLING LITTLE KITCHENETTE WILL BE COMPLETE. PICS COMING SOON. PROLLY ON INSTA FIRST LETS BE HONEST.
