Twenty twenty four. How was your holiday? ! I hope your new year is off to a really good start. Here's what we've been up to this month.
Vendor meetings! Updating our beautiful sample library.
2 veryyyy exciting new project inquiries. 1 in Nashville Tennesseeeeee (and you guys, they hired us!). We get to help these sweet clients build their forever home and we're so excited. The other is in Los Angeles, and it's a 1920's spanish revival! With the. prettiest. bones. It would be a partial renovation (and addition) and I'm so very hopeful we get the job. Stay tuned on our ig stores for updates :)
What else is going on?! The KHI Studio finally got kitchenette cabinetry! It's been a long time coming and it still doesn't feel real. Here are a few pics of it below. Next up, cabinet hardware (to replace the blue painters tape there now lol), countertops and backsplash (trying to decide which one!!!), a sink, faucet, and a wood floating shelf to display some real cute mugs.
We have also been DEEP in designing several projects this month - cant share exactly what we're up to - but there's lots to look forward to, just know that. A few of the projects we've been eyeballs deep in are our Timbercreek Drive project (a full home renovation in Texas!), our Dana Point Build, Laguna Niguel (partial renovation), and Santa Barbara (full home renovation + addition). And!!! two of our other projects finally went into demolition! Our Manhattan Beach Build and our Cabrillo Road project (full home renovation up in Los Angeles).
Needless to say it's been busy! Can't wait to share more with you guys, and so glad we all made it through the longest month OF ALL TIME. x
